Do you already practise yoga and want to deepen your engagement with it? Or maybe you haven't tried it yet but would like to start doing something healthy for your body?
The “Yoga group course” offers everyone the opportunity to get to know yoga better and, as a result, perceive their own body in a different way, try out new exercises and stretch, strengthen and relax the body. Yoga helps you find a posture that is healthy for you and supports the body, mind and soul to achieve more calm in everyday life. If the weather is good, we will hold the yoga class outside on the meadow by the lake. Please bring your own yoga mat.
